Ingredients

10-15 minites
  1. 2 tbspoil
  2. 4green cardamom whole
  3. 4cloves
  4. 2 inchpiece cinnamon stick
  5. 2green chilli stick
  6. 1 TSPginger garlic paste
  7. 2onion
  8. 2green chilli
  9. 3 tbspcashewnut paste
  10. 3 tbspkasuri methi or 1 bunch finely chopped fresh methi. (I used fresh methi leaves)
  11. 1/4 TSPsugar
  12. 200 GMsgreen peas (frozen) / if fresh blanch it
  13. As neededMalai / fresh cream (as needed)
  14. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly boil 2 onions and 2 green chillies for 10 minutes. Drain all the water and make paste out of it without water or use very little water if required. Keep this onion chilli paste ready.

    Keep cashew paste ready by soaking it in the milk for 5 minutes and grind it in mixer.

    In a kadhai add oil, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick, green chilli stick slit, ginger garlic paste. Saute for 2 minutes. Add onion garlic paste, mix well. Keep cooking for 2 minutes. Add cashew paste, mix again and cook for a minute. Add methi leaves and green peas one by one. Add sugar and salt. Add malai/fresh cream according to your liking. If you feel the gravy us too thick add little milk. Mix everything properly. After one boil yourvdish is ready to eat.. and'joyyyyy...happy cooking...
