Ingredients

  1. 1 cupPeas
  2. 1 cupmakhana
  3. 1/cup kasoori methi if seasonal use it other wise dry use
  4. 1 cupMalai
  5. 2 tbspghee
  6. 1 tbspjeera seed
  7. 4cloves
  8. 1 inchcinnamon stick
  9. 1bay leaf
  10. 1/2tbsp turmeric powder
  11. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  13. to tasteSalt according
  14. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  15. 1 tbsp finally chopped fresh coriander
  16. 2 bigFor paste- tomato
  17. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  18. 2 big onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First make paste of tomato ginger garlic and put it a side

  2. 2

    In a pan add ghee and cinnamon stick, cloves bay leaf stir 1min add chopped onions stir till brown

  3. 3

    Add tomatoes and garlic ginger paste

  4. 4

    Cook it 2min now add peas and makhana stir 2 minute again,add kasoori methi

  5. 5

    Now add malai and cook with cover it 5 minute add fresh coriander
