  2. 2capsicums
  3. 1large onion
  4. ForMarination:
  5. 3 tablespoonscurd
  6. 2 teaspoonsTikka masala
  7. 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  8. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. ForGravy masala:
  11. 3small size tomatoes
  12. 1big size onion
  13. 2 inchesginger
  14. 8 podsgarlic
  15. 10 Cashews
  16. 5green chillies
  17. 1 teaspoonbutter
  18. ForSpices:
  19. 1 teaspooncumin powder
  20. 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  21. 1 teaspoonturmeric powder
  22. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  23. to tasteSalt
  24. ForGaram masala:
  25. 5cardamoms
  26. 3 stickcinnamons
  27. 7whole black pepper
  28. 5cloves
  29. 2bay leaves
  30. 4dried red chillies
  31. 2 teaspoonsfennel seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate paneer, cube sized fillet onion and capsicum for 5 hours with curd, Tikka masala, roasted cumin powder, Red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Salt to taste..now add the paneer in the skewers in a row with 1 onion and capsicum fillet.Now take grill pan add butter and let the paneer cook on it in a low flame.

    Now take a pan and add chopped onion, tomatoes, garlic pods, sliced ginger and green chilli, 10 cashews, butter Add some water onto it.Let it boil.When no water is remain,turn off the gas and let it cook then make a paste.Now heat a pan add 1 teaspoon butter and 1 table spoon whole cumin saute it for 2 minutes.Now add the paste masala fry it until the aroma has come now add 1 teaspoon garam masala and fry it for a minute.

    Now add 1 cup Lukewarm water let it boil now add the paneer Tikka and cover the pan for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes open the lid and 3 tablespoons fresh cream, 2 tablespoon crushed dried fenugreek leaves, 1 tablespoon butter mix them well.Paneer Tikka masala is ready to serve.
