  1. 5medium sized potatoes
  2. 20Small onion
  3. 1/2Kaddu
  4. 1 tspUrad dal
  5. 5-6curry leaves
  6. as neededOil
  7. 1 tspChilli powder
  8. 1Pepper
  9. 1/2 tspJeera powder
  10. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 cupCoconut milk

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the potatoes and peel off the skin and mash them well.

    In a pan add oil, kadugu, urad dal, curry leaves, onions (chopped).

    Cook well. After the onions turn golden brown, add the coconut milk. Now add all the powders.

    Cook well.now put all the potatoes in it

    Off the stove according to your consistency.

    Serve hot with chapathi, buri.
