Ingredients

  1. 500 gmMutton
  2. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  3. 1 tspGreen chilli paste
  4. 4Cardamom
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  7. 1/2 cupchana daal
  8. 1/2 cupmasoor daal
  9. 1/2 cupmoong daal
  10. 1 tbspGinger garlic crushed fresh
  11. Tomatoes 3 chopped
  12. 1Onion chopped
  13. 4 piecesKaire (raw mango)
  14. 4-5Green chilli
  15. 1/4 cupSoya
  16. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  17. to tasteSalt
  18. 2 tspRed chilli powder
  19. 1 tspTurmeric
  20. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  21. Cloves3
  22. 1/2 tspBlack pepper corn
  23. 1 tspCumin
  24. 2 tbspGhee
  25. For bighar :
  26. 1/2 cupOil
  27. 1 tspMustard seeds
  28. 1/2 tspCumin
  29. Onion sliced 1 /2
  30. 2 tbspGarlic sliced
  31. 5Red chilli button
  32. 4Green chilli
  33. 10-12Curry pattay

Cooking Instructions

    First boil mutton with ginger garlic paste, cardamon, salt, green chilli paste, turmeric.

    Now on the other side wash all daal,add 3 glasses of water and ginger garlic paste, onion, green chilli, whole spices, 2 tbsp ghee and boil them until soft.

    Now add tomatoes, raw mango and spices to cook. After some time blend daal (or ghutni se daal ghut lein. I used this traditional step.)

    Now add boiled mutton with soya add some water and leave it for 1/2 an hour. To cook well.

    And last add baghar in daal, ingredients mentioned above.
