Nothing worse than ordering Hot and Sour Soup at a restaurant and get it and it is either missing the spicy or missing the sour! So I worked on and came up with my own Hot & Sour Soup perfect each time.

I cooked Cameroonian dishes before and I made a tomato soup with okra, and it was very delicious. So I tried hot and sour soup using tomato and okra with vinegar added to enhance the flavor. It's great for summer! This soup boosts your energy.You can bring out the flavor by stir frying tomatoes with sesame oil!Once you add katakuriko powder dissolved in water to the soup, don't overcook. I was craving for noodles soup for quite a while and I was thinking of cooking the recipe my girlfriend thought me before. She uses egg noodles for her recipe but since I cannot find any egg noodles, I tried using angel hair pasta and it was a good substitute.
