  14. Pissa garam masala 1/2 tablespoons

Cooking Instructions

    Sab say pehlay cholay boil kar lijiay.

    Piyaz aur timatar ko grinder main pees lijiay.

  3. 3

    Aik pateeli main oil garam kar ke us main zeerah aur sabut garam masala dal dain... aur sath hi peesa hua timatar aur piyaz ka paste b dal dijiay.

    Sath hi sath lal mirch, namak, haldi aur dhaniya b shamil kar dijiay.

    Aik glass pani daal ke masala bhunnay ke liay rakh dijiay.

  6. 6

    Jab masala bhun jaaye to us main Aalo daal ke adha glass pani daal ke halki anch par rakh dijiay.

    Jab aalo gal jain to us main, boil cholay shamil kar dijiay..

  8. 8

    10 - 15 minute tak halki anch par pakain phir cholha bund kar dijiay.

    Boil eggs ko aik pan main halka sa oil dal kay golden brown honay tak fry karain.

    Ando ko kaat kar ya sabut daal kar serve karain

  11. 11

    Pissa garam masala aur hara dhaniya dishout krtay huay dalna hay.

    Mazay daar anday aloo cholay tayyar hain...
