Pakistan has some of the most diverse and flavorful recipes in the world due to the infinite amount of special herbs and spices available. Beef Kabab , featuring well seasoned beef ,are one of the most popular dish in Pakistan both for it's taste and nutritional value. It is a sizable in traditional spices and lentils then cooked to perfection .For ultimate experience I have paired it with crispy paratha that I'the a statement dish of every Pakistani. My kids love this at anytime of the day.❤

Ingredients

2 hours
9 to 10 person
  1. 1/2 kgBeef boneless
  2. 250 gramlentil (Daal Chaana)
  3. 1 tspCumin seeds
  4. 1 tspwhole coriander crushed
  5. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  6. 1 tbspGinger paste
  7. 1oinon chopped
  8. 3 tbspchilli flakes (or as you require)
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. All spices
  11. 1/2 tspMace
  12. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  13. 2cinnamon stick
  14. 1/2 tspblack pepper
  15. 1/2 tspblack cardamom
  16. 1/2 tspcloves
  17. Dry roast and grind the chopper
  18. 1 tspall spices powder
  19. 5-6green chilli chopped
  20. 3 tbspgreen coriander leaves chopped
  21. 3eggs
  22. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan put beef, garlic, ginger, oinon, salt,zeera, coriander whole.

    Put 3 glass of water and cover with lid,cook for half an hour

  3. 3

    Soak the lentil 1 hour and rinse thoroughly

  4. 4

    When meat tender add lentil and all spices powder then cover pan again and cook for 20 minutes more.

    Lentil are soft and dry the water and mix well

  6. 6

    Chop in chopper or use mortar and pestle ( l used mortar and pestle

  7. 7

    Now in this chopped mixture add eggs, finely chopped green chilli and green coriander leaves.

    Make Kabab and fry.

    Serve hot with paratha.
