The Aaloo Paratha has been a classical and traditional dish since the inception of Pakistan. Breakfast of an Aaloo Paratha has always been loved by Desi people like us as the Aaloo Paratha is not just fulfilling for the appetite but it also provides the perfect combination of spiced up mixture of potatoes covered with a crispy yummy paratha.

Ingredients

1 hour
5 to 6 person
  1. 1/2 kgpotatoes (boiled)
  2. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  3. 1/2 tspzeera whole
  4. 1/2 tspcoriander whole (crushed)
  5. 1/2 tspdry mango powder
  6. 1 pinchAjwain (Caraway cumin)
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 3-4green chilli chopped
  9. 2-4 tbspgreen coriander leaves chopped
  10. For Paratha
  11. 2 cupwheat flour
  12. Ghee for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the potatoes.

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients and Mix well.

  3. 3

    Take 2 cups of wheat flour,mix it up and make it into a soft dough.

  4. 4

    After making the dough make two small balls and make it a small flat two roti.

  5. 5

    Put your potato mixture on one side of the roti spread it well and then put the other roti on that mixture to cover it up from both sides.

    Fry your paratha on the tawa with ghee and cook both sides well.

    Enjoy the delicious Aaloo Paratha with green Chutney.
