  3. 4 cupwater 1 tsp salt ya as your taste
  4. 1/4 cupoil

    Aik pan main dal kar garamhony per pani dal kar salt add kar dein or boil any dein

    Daal ko 5 mint pahly soak kar dein phir rice mix kar ke wash kar lein

    Jub pani ko boil a jaey to daal rice pani main dal kar cook karein

  4. 4

    Jub kichri ka pani dry ho jaey to low flam per cover kar ke 19 mint cook kar lein fry patat card ke sath serve karein
