Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4Fresh salmon fillets
  2. 1Salt and pepper
  3. 1Cake flour
  4. 1Egg
  5. 1Panko
  6. 2★Boiled eggs
  7. 2★Pickles
  8. 1/6★Onion
  9. 2 tspVinegar
  10. 4 tbspMayonnaise
  11. 1Salt and pepper
  12. 1Dried parsley

Cooking Instructions

    Mince all of the ★ ingredients. Soak the onion in water and then squeeze out the excess water.

    Put Step 1 into a bowl. Add the salt, pepper, vinegar, and mayonnaise and combine.

  3. 3

    Wipe off the moisture from the salmon and season with salt and pepper. Coat with flour, then egg, then with panko.

    Deep-fry in 170℃ oil until golden brown.

    Arrange on a plate and top with sauce.

    Note: You can make these turn out nicer by first coating with a batter and then covering with the breaded coating."Crispy & Crunchy Batter for Deep-Frying"
