Open up the top of the heavy cream carton and add the sugar and jam. Take out one of the whisk from the electric mixer and put it directly into the carton.

Turn on the electric mixer and beat until desired stiffness.
If you lift it up too high, the cream may spatter. - 3
This is a Swedish confection, "semla" with almond paste and the whipped cream are sandwiched in a buttery bun. It's a very handy way to whip a small amount of heavy cream!
