Pour heavy cream into a small, deep bowl and keep it chilled on ice water at the bottom of the bowl.

Sandwich a small whisk with both hands (hold the end of the whisk). Roll the whisk between your hands and mix in a circular motion.

The cream will have a good consistency after 2~3 minutes of mixing.
