The only beef gravy that I liked so much. My mother's most secret recipe and easy to cook. Just add all the ingredients together except yogurt and let it cook. Easy to follow and easy to cook with great taste.

Cooking Instructions

In a pan add oil and all the ingredients in the pan with 1 glass of water.

Now bring it to boil on medium high flame then low the flame and let it cook

When meat becomes tender and water start dry add yogurt.

Do bhoonai and well so that oil separates.
- 5
Now leave it for 10 minutes and check the meat. If it becomes tenderize then turn off the flame.

Note: In stew we used beef with some Rogan (rivaj) as it gives the best taste and look.
TIP: Make small pieces of meat as it will tenderize easily.
