Ingredients

45- 60 min
4 persons
  1. 1/2 kg Beef (with some rivaj)
  2. 750 gramOnions
  3. 4-5 clovesLehsan
  4. 1 inch pieceAdrak
  5. 8-10Sabit laal mirch
  6. 6-7Sabit kali mirch
  7. 1-2 pieceDarchini (1 inch)
  8. 4-5Laung
  9. 2Choti Elaichi
  10. 2Badi Elaichi
  11. 1-2Tez paat
  12. 1 pinchBlack zeera
  13. 1 tspWhite zeera
  14. 1 pinchJaifal
  15. 1 pinchJavitri
  16. Salt to taste
  17. 1 cupOil
  18. 150 gramYogurt

Cooking Instructions

45- 60 min
  1. 1

    In a pan add oil and all the ingredients in the pan with 1 glass of water.

    Now bring it to boil on medium high flame then low the flame and let it cook

  3. 3

    When meat becomes tender and water start dry add yogurt.

  4. 4

    Do bhoonai and well so that oil separates.

  5. 5

    Now leave it for 10 minutes and check the meat. If it becomes tenderize then turn off the flame.

  6. 6

    Note: In stew we used beef with some Rogan (rivaj) as it gives the best taste and look.
    TIP: Make small pieces of meat as it will tenderize easily.
