  14. Fresh Harra Dhaniya

    Vegitable ko Wash kar k Cutt kar lein Meethi ko bhi Chopped Cutt kar lein.

    Pan mein Oil Garam krain or onion ko lite soft fry krain phir Tomato, Ginger, Garlic Paste Shamil krain or mix krain

    Spices Add krain Halka Pani ka chenta lgayen or Masala Bana Lein pehly Fresh Meethi or Muttar Shamil kar k 2-3 Min Bhoon lein

    Meethi Pehly Add krny sy Karwa Taste nahi ata Ab Gajor Add krain Cover kar k 4-5 Min Cook krain.

    Ab potatoes Shamil kar k Mix krain Sookha Dhaniya powder spread kar k Halka Sa Pani ka Chenta lgayen or Slow Flame py 10-15 Min k liye cook krain

    Butter Shamil krain Green Chilli Add krain flame off kar dein.

    Fresh Harra Dhaniya Daal kar K Dish Out krain or Garam Roti k Sath Serve krain
