Katori Chat With Edible Spoon

Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add chickpeas, salt, chat masala, bhuna Zeera Powder.
Mix well and keep a side. - 2
Knead and Make a stiff dough with all the ingredients as per water required.Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Now make small balls from dough and make even sized round shape

Perk with fork and make katoris with the greased stainless steal bowl n make spoons with the stainless steal n greased spoons.

Deep fry katori n spoons very carefully till nice golden in colour.

Make all the Katoris and spoon and keep aside.

For chutney #
Take a pan add imli, gurr, black salt, red chilli flakes, garlic powder. - 8
Cook all the ingredients till thick. Set aside.

Sweet Yogurt #
1 cup Yogurt add 4 tbsp of caster sugar and set a side. - 10
Assembling :
Assemble katoris n spoons in dish and put chick peas, potatoes,onion, tomatoes, green chillies, chutney, Yogurt, chaat masala, dahi bara masala and with little chutney n KURKURE
