Ingredients

  1. 500 gmsBlack chick peas
  2. 100 gmsImlee paste
  3. 2medium boiled potatoes
  4. 1medium Onion chopped
  5. 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  6. 2tbspCrushed green chillies
  7. 1/2tspCrushed red chilli flakes
  8. some Kaddi patta
  9. 1/2tspZeera (whole)
  10. 1 pinchofKalonji
  11. 1 pinchMeethi daana
  12. 2Dry whole chilli
  13. HalfbunchGreen fresh coriander
  14. 1/4 tspTurmeric
  15. 2 tbspheaped Roasted zeera powder
  16. To tasteSalt
  17. 3-4 tbspOil
  18. curry
  19. 500gmsYougurt
  20. 100gmsBaisan
  21. 1tspTurmeric
  22. 3tbspOil
  23. some Fresh kadi pattay
  24. 1/2tspZeera
  25. 2Dry red chillies
  26. 1/2tspRed crushed chilli powder
  27. 1/2tspGinger garlic paste
  28. 11/2tbspCrushed green chillies
  29. To tasteSalt
  30. 50 gmsimli paste

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and soak chick peas overnight with salt added in water and boil the next day

  2. 2

    Boil potatoes peel and cut into cubes

  3. 3

    Take two boil potatoes mash them well

  4. 4

    Soak imli to get a thick paste

  5. 5

    Take a pan heat oil in it and add kaddi pattay,zeera, Crushed red chillies, methi daana

  6. 6

    Add chopped onions fry them till they get transparent then add Ginger Garlic Paste and crushed green chillies

    Now add mashed potatoes, imli paste, freshly chopped green coriander, salt,turmeric,,zeera powder

    Mix well and and add chickpeas

    Add cubed potatoes and mix well

  10. 10

    Now making curry.Take yougurt in mixing bowl add baisan, haldi and water and blend them well

  11. 11

    Take a pan add oil and heat it, add kadipatta, zeera, Crushed red chillies, rdry red chillies

  12. 12

    Add the yougurt blend and add Ginger Garlic Paste and crushed green chillies

  13. 13

    Cook well then add salt and imli Paste and cook the curry on slow flame half covered and your cury is ready

  14. 14

    Take a bowl add cholay and pour curry on it add papari and chaat masala adding green coriander on top
