Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsbesan
  2. 1 tbsprawa
  3. 1 cupmethi leaves
  4. 1/2 cuppaneer
  5. 1 cupcoriander leaves
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 3green chillies
  8. 1 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1red chilli powder
  10. 1 tspsesame seeds
  11. 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  12. 2 tspsalt
  13. as requiredOil for frying
  14. 1 tspbread crumbs for binding

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the methi leaves and coriander leaves. Chop green chillies. Make ginger garlic paste.

    Make a batter with besan, rawa, bread crumbs. Add all spices.

  3. 3

    Now mix all ingredients and bind a stiff batter/dough. Smash paneer and add salt. Now make small paneer balls and coat it with methi besan batter.

    Deep fry all pakoras in batches. Serve with tomato ketchup and ginger tea.
