Cooking Instructions

Lighly brown onions (no dark brown please). Add chicken and ginger garlic paste and bhoonofy properly till the raw smell of g/g completely gone and chicken changes its color.

Now add all spices and tomatoes and bhonofy again till oil separates.

By this time your tomatoes must be cooked and turned into paste and well mixed in the gravy. Now add potatoes and yogurt and mix again.

Now add water as per your liking (consistency of salan).

When water start boiling turns the flame to simmer and add green chillies and let the chicken and potatoes cook completely.

And here is the yummiest chicken aloo salan ready. Sprinkle hara dhania on top while serving and enjoy with rotis aur rice🥰😍
