Hint of Cinnamon Baked Sugar Doughnuts Hint of Cinnamon Baked Sugar Doughnuts
I do not like doughnuts.I just wanted to put that out there right off the bat. In no way do I like doughnuts. They do nothing for me. To me, they are greasy and very heavy. That is, until I tried Apple Cider Doughnuts and doughnuts from Doughnut Plant on West 23rd Street in the New York City. The doughnuts there are a work of art. I highly recommend them.Recently, someone suggested to me that I should try baked doughnuts. Supposedly, they are not greasy and heavy, since they are not fried. As usual, I picked and chose ingredients from different recipes to make them the way that I like them, since I am so picky. My wonderful & beautiful wife and I bought some doughnut pans and came up with this recipe. At first, I was skeptical if I would like them, but I really do like them. They are so good.As my wife suggested, this recipe is a great starting point. We can use this as our basis and go from there. I hope that you enjoy them as much as we do.These doughnuts make a dozen 4 inch doughnuts.Enjoy! J.A.B. -

Baked Doughnuts Baked Doughnuts
These are simply so good and just as delicious as fried doughnuts. This is a keeper for all your doughnut cravings and they go well with pretty much any toppings or stuffings. They do take a while to make as they are yeast doughnuts but they are more than worth it.If using active dry yeast, add to the wet ingredients and let sit for about 10 minutes before adding to the dry ingredients. Also, I made these in the evening so excuse me for the bad camera quality. Potato Doughnuts 🥔🥯🥳 Potato Doughnuts 🥔🥯🥳
One of the favorite desserts for both adults and children, let's call them doughnuts, rings, or fritters, they are uniquely delicious, soft, and tasty. They are especially made in February, during Carnival time, but also throughout the year. Made in the evening, they can replace dinner when accompanied by a nice glass of milk or simply your favorite drink. Shall we get baking? Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan
