Don't cook the already thin sliced Salmon it's already been cooked - through the smoking process of the Salmon and the skin is not edible, but their was a thin layer of Salmon meat on the other side.Did put Salt and Vinegar on my deep fried chips - is 200g of chips on the Dinner Plate with another 200g of raw potato chips deep frying in my small Electric Deep Fat Fryer. My homemade Apple Sauce is nice with the cold Smoked Salmon.

I had the same meal the following day as well - I used 4 in a Pack of Baking Potatoes for my deep fried chips this time around - once peeled the weight of the potatoes amounted to 600g - my small Electric Deep Fat Fryer could take a maximum of 300g of chips in it's small metal basket - had 300g of chips then a following of another 300g of chips afterwards.I used up the last 200g of my Smoked Salmon - I didn't buy it - a Relative didn't like the Smoked Salmon within the Food Hamper so I ate Smoked Salmon for the very first time in my life (2021).Did serve with my homemade Apple Sauce again.
