Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat and stir-fry the onions until they start to turn brown (about 5 minutes).

Add the garlic and the spices and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add in the meat, break it up with your spoon and stir-fry until all the meat has browned (about 5 minutes). - 3
Add in the tomatoes, the beans and the tomato paste. Crumble in the stock cube and mix well.
Cover and simmer very gently for 45 minutes. Check the seasoning before serving. - 4
#Tips:
Serve with rice or bread or anything else that you fancy! Sprnkle some grated cheese on top too if you wish.
This keep well in the 'fridge for a few days and can be frozen too.
