Cooking Instructions

We gather the ingredients, we chop the leek, fry it with EVOO, salt and parsley, add the cream, season to taste, mix it and let it cook for 6', add the cheese, let the cheese melt and reserve it.

For the chicken, we paint the aluminum sheet with butter, put the chicken on top, add salt and pepper to taste, close hermetically and bake for 20'.

For the garnich, cook the potatoes with water, EVOO, salt and chopped parsley for 20', while the chicken fillets are being made, when you are ready, we plate the recipe, distribute the fillets, pour the leek sauce to taste and put the potatoes next to it, we serve. Enjoy the recipe.
