Knead the dough by mixing 4 cups of flour, yeast, salt, sugar, olive oil and warm water.
- 2
Add 1 cup of flour by kneading slowly and get a soft dough with the consistency of earlobes.

Cover the dough and let it rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- 4
For the inside, mix crushed garlic, olive oil, thyme, pepper paste and pitted black olives.

Bring the edges of the dough together in the middle and shape into a roll.
- 7
Place the dough in a cake mold lined with baking paper.
- 8
Spread 2 tablespoons of olive oil on it and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Give sliced shapes on it with a knife.

Ramadan Pide (Turkish Bread) Ramadan Pide (Turkish Bread)
Since I love this pide eaten during Ramadan, I created my own recipe. The dough is relatively soft. For those using bread flour, adjust the moisture content as you go.Since it is hard to reduce the amount of the egg yolk, I use one egg's worth. There will be some extra left over, so use it for another menu item. For 1 large loaf. Recipe by hisosari cookpad.japan -

Olive Bread for Grown-ups Olive Bread for Grown-ups
I had a craving for rolls that were not sweet, and would go well with a meal or drinks, and came up with these!Be careful when adding the Tabasco sauce; since it's a liquid, if you add too much, the dough will become loose.Cayenne pepper is also quite spicy, so adjust to taste.Be sure to blot the excess oil.
