Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a pot. Sauté the meat well on both sides.

Add salt and pepper as well as as much water is necessary for it to boil, about 2 cups. Let it simmer.

Meanwhile, wash the leaf celery, celery and celery root, the last one after having peeled it, and cut intο one cm thick slices.

Blanch them for 5 minutes to remove their strong taste.

When the meat is half way done, add them to the pot.

From this point on, do not stir the food again.

When everything is cooked, prepare the egg and lemon sauce, pour it in and shake the pot so that is evenly distributed.
