Green bean stew with young and tender beans, is full of flavor, taste and color. َ َA comfortable and family meal.
Cooking Instructions

Cook diced meat in water until tender, set aside.

While meat is cooking, wash green beans and trim off stems and chop into desired size.

Cut tomatoes into chunks and slice cloves of garlic, and peel onions and cut them into small pieces. set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan, add onions and fry in until soft.

Then add spices

And beans and fry to 10 minutes

And then add, tomatoes, garlic, cooked meat, fresh lime juice and 2 cups of water to the pan.

Cover the pan with a lid, and cook over medium heat until beans are cooked (15 minutes). Stirring occasionally and adjust seasoning. Serve it with fluffy rice.
