thank you very much for liking the recipe 🙏🥰 This is Ivy Gourd, Ivy Gourds are cooked by frying . I have added very mild spices in it. I have not used water and tomato paste .

@SudhaAgrawal_123 Similarly, you can cut your favorite pumpkin vegetable into small pieces and make the vegetable using the same process 😊
