Shrimp Fritters with Dried Shrimp

These fritters are unique because I used dried shrimp that I bought at an Asian grocery store. You can use these or substitute with fresh shrimp. I dedicate this recipe to laperalimoneracocina for our cooking challenge.

Steps
- 1
Gather your ingredients.
- 2
Mix the flour, paprika, egg, baking powder, warm water (if using dried shrimp, don't add salt since they're already salty), and garlic powder.
- 3
Add the shrimp and mix well. Adjust salt if needed, then heat the oil.
- 4
Fry the fritters on both sides. Serve with a chopped salad or a fresh tomato salad and enjoy.
