Take a bowl add cottage cheese,salt to taste,1/4 th tsp red chilli powder, all veggies add 2 tsp refined flour mix well then make ball out of it and fry them till it get golden brown.

Take another pan add onion puree and tomato puree than add salt,red chilli powder,Garam masala, turmeric powder cook it well for 15-20 mins than add cream cook for more 10 mins than add kasuri methi add 1 tsp ghee than add koftas in curry and cook for 5 minutes serve hot.
