Steps

Soak the rice 10 minute and cook.do not overcook.and let cool it

Add ghee to pan and heat fry all dry fruits and coconut take out from pan

Not add malai pedha keep 2 pedha for garnishing mix well

Add green cardamon and cloves to same ghee pan
- 5
Add one layer of cooked and sugar keep some cooked rice for colour

Cook the rice and sugar on slow flame

Colour the remaining rice in different colour

After 10 minutes mix the rice and sugar with chammat do not over mix we do not want break the rice grain cook again 5 minutes on high flame

Add colour rice and Add malai pedha keep 2 pedha for garnishing mix well cook 2 minutes

Add all dry fruits and garnishing with pedha and serve
