Drain the water from dal & grind to fine paste if needed then only add water.

Add ginger chill paste hing salt and eno in batter mix well.

Pour the batter in the grease Dhokla pan steam for 15 to 20 mins.

For tadka heat ghee add mustard jeera sesame pour over dokla and coconut.

Cut in cubes and serve it
