Steps

Boil your beef in ginger and garlic,salt and water till tender. In the meantime prepare your vegetables in the shape you like

When the beef is ready,add cooking oil and onions,cook till translucent.

Add tomatoes till they are well cooked. add your vegetables and let them simmer for 2 mins. add one cup water and bring it to boil under low heat and until it thickens and vegetables still crunchy.

Serve with the accompaniment of your choice.
