In a pan add oil and heat it.

Add chopped onions and saute for a while.

Add finger garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add chicken and cook the chicken until colour changes.

Now add chopped tomatoes red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and cook until oil leaves the sides.

Now add beaten curd and stir continuously on low flame.

Cook until chicken tenders.

Lastly add onion cubes, tomato cubes, garam masala powder, green chillies, kashti methi and cook for 1 minute.

Chicken do pyaza is ready, garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve with roti or rice.
