Ingredients

25-30 min
4 servings
  • 1/2 kgmutton mince
  • 1large sliced Onion
  • 5tomatoes sliced
  • 1/4:cup thick yogurt
  • 4green chillies sliced
  • 2:tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds (dry roasted and crushed)
  • 1 tbspcumin seeds (dry roasted and crushed)
  • 1/2 tspgram masala powder
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspcrushed red chilli (heaped)
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbsginger & garlic paste
  • 2 inchginger piece (julienne cut)
  • 1/2 cupoil

Steps

25-30 min
  1. 1

    1: heat oil in a pan add the onions, ginger & garlic paste fry till golden high flame.

  2. 2

    2: once golden add mince, salt cook till the the mince changes colour and the oil comes on the surface, on high flame.

  3. 3

    Now add the tomatoes, yogurt, turmeric, roasted cumin, coriander roasted, crushed red chilli mix well and cook it till the oil comes on surface, medium flame.

  4. 4

    Once the oil comes on the surface and the dried fenugreek leaves, green chilli, ginger, gram masala mix well cover.

  5. 5

    Now serve with puri or chapati.
