Ingredients

  1. 250 gmchicken liver
  2. 1big size onion finely chopped
  3. 1big size tomato finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsturmeric powder
  5. 1 tbschilli powder
  6. 1 tbscumin seed powder
  7. 1 tbscoriander seed powder
  8. 1 tbssalt
  9. 1/2 tbskasuri methi
  10. 1 tbsgaram masala
  11. 5 tbsoil
  12. As requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Take oil in a pan and heat it. Then add the liver in it and fry it for 2 min and take it out.

  2. 2

    In the same pan take the chopped onion and fry till it became golden. Then add ginger and garlic paste and cook it till it's raw smell goes away.

  3. 3

    Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till it soften. Add salt, turmeric, chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and garam masala and cook it for 3-4 min.

  4. 4

    Add the fried liver and cook it for 3 min more. Add water if needed. Chicken liver kasha is ready.
