  • 1Chipped Garlic
  • 2 cubesSeasoning
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • Vegetable oil35cl
  • Hard Boiled Egg

    Heat up oil,saute onions,garlic and ginger for 1min,add tomatoes, stir fry for 2mns,add pepper,seasoning, stir,taste to adjust with salt, Cook for 2mins...viola!!! Enjoy with egg
