Ingredients

  • Beef 2 kg boneless
  • 2 cupGhee
  • 2 tblsGinger galic paste
  • 4Onions medium
  • 2 tblsRed chilli powder
  • 2 tblsDhaniya powder
  • 1 tblsHaldi powder
  • 1 tblsGaram masala
  • (250 grms all)Mash,moog,channa,masoor daal
  • 1/2 kgDaliya
  • 250 grmsRice
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Garlic 1 tbls paste
  • 1 tblsGaram masala
  • Fried onions (garnish)
  • Lemon slices (garnish)
  • Green chillies (garnish)
  • Ginger slices (garnish)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sab se pehly gosht mein tamam gosh ke masala jaat or lehson adrak ka paste ya sabut daal kar gosht galny tak pkayein. Jab gosht gall jaye to ghee daal kar bhoonien or neem garam pees lien.

    Daalon ko mix kar ke bhigoyein phir masala daal kar paka lie, itna pkayein ke yakjaan ho jayein. Chawal or daliya bhi achi terhan paka kar gala lien.

    Chawal or daliya mix kar ke grind kar lien. Phir peesay hue hosht ko daalon mien mix kar ke pkayein. Jab bubbles bnn'ne lgien to 10 min mazeed pkayein.

  4. 4

    Eik plate mien 1 chamach haleem nikal kar daikhien, ager sab yakjan ho to haleem ready hai ager pani alag nazer eye to mazeed pkayein.

  5. 5

    Piyaz fry kar ke brown kar lien, katti hui sabz mirchon, adrak ke Julien cut slices or lemon ke pieces ke sath serve krein.
