  • 2 cupbesan
  • 1/2 kgwashed and chopped spinach leaves
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped green chiliies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  • 1/2 tspcoriander seeds
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the better of besan.

  2. 2

    Adding salt and all masalas

  3. 3

    Add chopped vegies and mix well

  4. 4

    Rest for 10 minutes

  5. 5

    Heat oil and make small pakoras and fry till golden brown

  6. 6

    Serve with chutney.
