Ingredients

1ripe avocado
1 packfresh prawns
1ripe tomato
Handfulolives
2tsps pumpkin seeds
Extra virgin olive oil
Pinchdried chilli flakes
Salt and pepper

Steps

Dice the tomatoes and avocado. Place in your bowl, sprinkle with olives and prawns.

Drizzle with a good glug of olive oil then finish with a scattering of chilli flakes and pumpkin seeds.
