2bread
1 table spooncoriander chopped
Salt/pepper
Halfonion thinley sliced

Whisk egg with salt and pepper and coriander tip into a small tray big enough to fit the bread and deep enough for the egg mix.

Then add one bread soak either side then add to the oil and while one side is cooking gently press the onions on top before turning over ! Once golden in colour take out and serve.
