Indian sweets are usually made during festive times because without sweets festivals are incomplete. Besan ladoo or gram flour ladoo is a traditional sweet. It is very delicious to eat. So friends try this month watering dessert recipe and enjoy the festive season with your family and friends.
Cooking Instructions

Dry roast the melon seeds until it crisp.

In a pan add half of ghee.
- 3
Add the besan.
- 4
Gradually adding the ghee roast the besan in low flame by stirring continuously.

After 15-20 minutes when it starts releasing ghee cook for another 3-4 minutes to comes together the besan mixture.

After 3-4 minutes, immediately turn off the flame and pour into a plate. Allow to cool at room temperature completely.

After cooling down, add boora/ tagar, cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds.

Lastly add ghee, mix well and give the shape of ladoo.

Garnish the ladoos with chopped pista and serve.
