Ingredients

  1. 200 gmbesan/ gram flour
  2. 230 gmboora/ tagar
  3. 1/2 cupghee
  4. 25 gmmelon seeds
  5. 1 tspcardamom powder

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast the melon seeds until it crisp.

    In a pan add half of ghee.

  3. 3

    Add the besan.

  4. 4

    Gradually adding the ghee roast the besan in low flame by stirring continuously.

    After 15-20 minutes when it starts releasing ghee cook for another 3-4 minutes to comes together the besan mixture.

    After 3-4 minutes, immediately turn off the flame and pour into a plate. Allow to cool at room temperature completely.

    After cooling down, add boora/ tagar, cardamom powder, roasted melon seeds.

    Lastly add ghee, mix well and give the shape of ladoo.

    Garnish the ladoos with chopped pista and serve.
