For the dough of paratha, take flour in bowl. Add salt and little bit oil. Add water as required. Knead dough. Dough should be like roti dough.

For stuffing, take a one dish. Add onion, tomato, red chilli powder, salt, coriander,chat masala, plain sev. Mix well.

Make medium sized balls from the dough, flatten them as small circles with the rolling pin, drop enough stuffing and cover the stuffing by sealing the edges of the flattened dough.

Dust with flour and roll them gently as parathas.

Heat a tawa, drop the flattened bhel paratha over the hot tawa, drizzle few drops of oil and cook until well cooked.

Serve with tea.

Note: In the stuffing, tomatoes, salt and chat masala cause the water to splash out. So mix all ingredients of stuffing individually at a time.
