This is a typical blood tonic and body system cleanser. Enjoy a healthy and delicious soup with any other meal of choice!
Steps

Salt leaves and wash thoroughly

Cut leaves to tiny slices and set aside
- 3
Boil Beaf until soft, strain and put stock aside
- 4
Pour in Palm Oil, Grated tomatoes and scotch bonnet, Fry Gently
- 5
Add seasonings and spices and mashed ginger and then stir
- 6
Pour in beaf and stock and cover to steam. Allow to stay for 2mins.

Put Ugwu and wonder leaf first and cover for 10mins
- 8
Put remaining leaves, stir and cover for 5minutes.

Serve singly or with any other meal of choice.
