    Ak pan ma pani lay or us ma chicken boneless, salt, chanay ki daal, green chilli, zeerah powder, dahnia powder, sabut zeerah, sabut lal mirchay, sabut garam masala, lal mirch kuyti hui, adrak, lahsan or haldi daal kar galnay tak pakaya.

    Pakaya huwa masala ki bhonia kar kay bareek pees lay.

    Ab pisay masalay ma chopped payaz, dahnia, green chilli or egg dal kar kabab bana lay.

    Ab tayar kia huwa kabab ko egg ma dip kar kay oil ma shallow fry kar lay.
