Bind using all ingredients of dough with warm water

Then rest the dough till it rise

Boil peas, then add potatoes till almost done now add carrots till all tender

Strain water and temper it

In a wok put two tablespoons of oil and keep on flame

As it splutters add garlic paste and green chilli paste, mix well

Add boiled veggies and spices with lemon juice and salt and mix well

Remove from flame let it cool down add coriander leaves and onions

Make small balls of the dough and roll into puris

Scoop a tablespoon of filling and fill the puri and fold as you like, i did rose folding

Keep on greased cupcake tray, when all done glaze with beaten egg and sprinkle chopped herbs

Let it rise for twenty minutes then bake on 200 C till nicely browned up
