Steps

Parboil ur rice and beans separately and keep aside

Grate ur attarugu and tattasai

Slice ur onions and keep aside, also cut ur celery into tiny pieces

Put ur palm oil on fire and add ur attaruhu mixture fried and then add little water

Add all ur seasonings and d dried fish and allow to boil

Then add d rice and beans, sliced onions and the celery and allow to cook until done
- 7
Serve hot and enjoy
