Steps

Soak the semolina (Rava) in curd.

Add the rolled oats. Mix well and keep aside for about 15 minutes. Add curd if required to adjust the consistency.

Add salt, fruit salt and mix.

Prepare the tempering - heat oil add mustard seeds.

Pour the tempering on the mixture.

Transfer the mixture into the mold. Place the mold in a pre heated cooker. Cover with lid (remove the whistle). Cook for about 12 minutes.

Once Cooked, cool it down.

Cut into pieces and garnish with red chilli powder and coriander leaves.
