Steps

Take a big bowl and add flour, wheat flour, besan, Salt (as your taste) and make it dough. Keep it for rest.

Other side for stuffing take a big bowl and add coconut powder, groundnut powder, Salt(as your taste) sesame (grind), sugar powder, green chilli chopped, poppy seeds (powder), oil 2 tbsp and mix it properly.

Make chapati with dough and spread little stuffing and make it roll. now paste corner with sugar water (sugar and water mixture). Now cut pieces. Press pieces softly and deep fry them.

Yummy bakarwadi ready.
