Take a khadhai put 4 tbsp of ghee garlic,onion saute it cook until it translucent then add cook saag and cook for 10 min if needed add water and when serving add white butter

Take a plate put maize flour salt ajwain and knead the soft dough then make small balls and make roti in plastic and roast with ghee on tawa
