Rajma Rice

Soak rajma overnight.

Add soaked rajma, Cloves, Cinnamon, bay leaves, black pepper, salt in a pressure cooker, add water and take 8-9 whistles or until rajma is cooked.

Grind onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli in a grinder.

In a non-stick pan, add 3 tbsp oil and add the prepared puree and cook until the oil separates.

Add all the masalas and cook for 2-3 mins.

Now add boiled rajma and some water and take 2-3 boils.

In a pressure cooker and rice, water and salt and take 3 whistles.

Serve hot yummy rajma with rice.
